Anti-Spam Policy

FlexWork Sports prohibits the use of unsolicited email to advertise or promote flexworksports.com or any FlexWork Sports property. This policy applies to our employees, contractors, service providers, vendors, and partners. We do not permit affiliates or third parties to send email on our behalf.

We send email only to individuals with an existing relationship with FlexWork Sports - those who have registered for or attended one of our events, created an account, or contacted us - or who have explicitly requested our communications. We do not purchase, rent, or trade email lists.

Every marketing or bulk message we send includes a functioning unsubscribe mechanism, and opt-out requests are honored promptly and permanently. Any third party found advertising our services through unsolicited email will have their relationship with FlexWork Sports terminated.
