FlexWork Sports is one of the fastest-growing companies in sports, creating athlete-led youth sports camps and experiences across the world. We partner with professional and college athletes to deliver unforgettable experiences for young athletes and their families.
We are growing quickly, recently backed by Otro Capital, and building the infrastructure to scale from a high-growth events business into a national sports experience platform. This is a rare opportunity to join a PE-backed company at the moment where better systems, smarter automation, cleaner data, and stronger operating discipline can directly shape the next major value-creation chapter.
We are looking for a rare hybrid builder: part growth engineer, part business operator, part data scientist, part internal tools developer, part startup athlete. You'll report directly to the executive leading strategy, operations, data, and systems transformation.
This is not a traditional engineering, growth, or operations role. It is a high-leverage builder role for someone who wants to own ambiguous, business-critical problems end to end and turn them into systems that make the company faster, smarter, and more scalable.
Meta Automation
The most visible revenue lever at FlexWork. We run paid social campaigns across hundreds of camps and need to move faster, see performance more clearly, and automate more of the decision-making around spend, pacing, ROAS, registration volume, and camp capacity.
Internal Tools & Operating Infrastructure
Our current internal system is built in Next.js and has been developed quickly using modern AI-assisted coding workflows. We need someone who can help extend it, improve it, harden it, and turn fast prototypes into tools the company can rely on.
Data, Dashboards & Decision Systems
Potential projects include camp-level P&L forecasting dashboards, paid media control towers, revenue pacing dashboards, conversion reporting, customer support analytics, survey insight mining, forecast vs. actual reporting, attribution workflows, automated alerts, and executive scorecards.
Financial & Operational Process Automation
Potential projects include vendor payment workflows, camp-level coding and cost allocation, revenue reconciliation, refund tracking, sponsorship tracking, forecast vs. actual workflows, and other financial reporting.
You are probably a fit if you see a messy spreadsheet, a broken process, a vague business problem, or a chaotic workflow and immediately start thinking about how to turn it into a system. You do not wait for someone to hand you a perfect spec. You ask pointed questions, learn quickly, build prototypes, test ideas, and keep pushing until your work changes how the business runs.
You likely have some mix of the following:
