We are seeking a Manager, Partnership Activation to help lead the execution and growth of our brand partnerships business.

The Role

The Manager, Partnership Activation will be responsible for the development, execution, and overall management of FlexWork Sports’ corporate partnership programs. This individual will serve as a key day-to-day lead in bringing sponsorships to life across our national portfolio of camps and events while ensuring flawless execution, exceptional client service, and measurable business impact.

This role will work cross-functionally with sales, operations, athlete relations, marketing, and external partners to manage sponsorship activations from concept through execution and post-event recap.

key responsibilities

Partnership Management & Client Service
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned brand partners
- Manage sponsorship programs from contract execution through final recap
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives, KPIs, and success metrics
- Lead regular client communications including status calls, timelines, recaps, and planning meetings
- Identify opportunities for upsell, renewal, and expanded partnership integration
Activation Execution
- Lead execution of sponsorship activations across FlexWork Sports camps and events
- Partner with operations teams to ensure flawless on-site implementation of sponsor assets
- Manage activation logistics including production, signage, giveaways, staffing, experiential elements, and vendor coordination
- Oversee timelines, deliverables, approvals, and quality control
- Troubleshoot challenges in real time and develop proactive solutions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the partnerships sales team to transition sold programs into execution
- Collaborate with athlete relations and talent teams to align sponsorship deliverables with athlete appearances and content opportunities
- Partner with marketing teams on branded content, social integrations, email campaigns, and promotional support
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure sponsor requirements are operationally achievable and executed at a high level
Strategy & Growth Support
- Support partnership strategy development through ideation and creative activation concepts
- Assist sales team with proposals, presentations, case studies, and client-facing materials
- Help develop new sponsorship inventory and scalable activation opportunities
- Contribute to annual partnership recap materials highlighting performance and ROI
Measurement & Reporting
- Track partnership deliverables, budgets, and campaign performance
- Manage post-program reporting including event metrics, engagement, content performance, and partner recaps
- Help establish measurement frameworks that demonstrate business impact for partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in sponsorship activation, sports marketing, experiential marketing, partnership management, or agency account management
  • Experience working in sports, entertainment, events, media, or brand partnerships preferred
  • Strong client service and relationship management skills
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing presentations, client recaps, and partnership materials
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and project management platforms
  • Experience with live event execution and experiential activations strongly preferred
  • Willingness to travel as needed for events and partner activations
