How can I apply for a Scholarship?

FlexWork Sports believes every kid deserves the chance to have an experience with their heroes. Our scholarship program provides free or discounted access to our events for families who need financial support. To apply, visit: tally.so/r/OD4zjM

Will my camper be on the field and/or court all four hours?

The first hour of camp is for check-in and group assignments. Additionally, as applicable, there will be off-field/court partner activations for families to engage with throughout the event.

How many campers attend a FlexWork Sports camp?

Our camps range in size depending on the venue and event.

When and how will I receive photos from the camp?

Once the camp has concluded, all professional photographer photos will be sent to the email address on file from your registration within 5–7 days. All campers receive a free download of their group photo with the athlete(s).

What should my child wear to camp?

Football: T-shirt, shorts, and athletic shoes (cleats or sneakers)
Baseball: Baseball attire, hat, cleats (or sneakers for indoors)
Basketball: T-shirt, shorts, and sneakers
Volleyball: Athletic attire, elbow/knee pads, and sneakers
Soccer: T-shirt, shorts, shin guards, and athletic shoes (cleats or sneakers)

Can I get a personal item autographed by an athlete?

No. The athlete's focus at camp is to interact with campers and teach valuable skills during the experience. Personal items cannot be signed. If you'd like a signed item, visit our Camp Upgrades page.

Can I take photos of my child at camp?

Absolutely! Family members are encouraged to take photos from the designated parent area. Please note that family members cannot take pictures on the court or field while camp is in session unless you have purchased a Parent VIP upgrade. View upgrade options here.

Can I receive a refund if my child is unable to attend?

Much like a ticket to a sporting event or concert, FlexWork registrations are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, a registration credit can be issued for the full dollar amount. Credits are valid for one full calendar year from the date of the original event. To receive a credit, you must email FlexWork Sports prior to the start of the event.

If it's raining, will the camp be cancelled?

Unless you receive a message from our FlexWork Sports team, camps will move forward rain or shine.

Are parents allowed to stay and watch?

Of course! All FlexWork Sports camps are family-oriented. There is a designated family area where family members can watch. Family members are not allowed on the court or field during camp unless they have purchased a Parent VIP upgrade. View upgrade options here.

If I have more than one child attending, do I purchase one upgrade per child?

Yes, it is one upgrade per camper. The Parent VIP upgrade is the only upgrade that includes two individuals (not including the camper). View all upgrade options here.
