Forrest has always had a strong passion for sports growing up as a decorated amateur multi-sport athlete in Connecticut.  After graduating from North Carolina State University, where he played Division 1 FBS college football, Forrest co-founded a sports and entertainment business titled "Campus Sports" which was later successfully acquired and sold in 2016.  Post the success of Campus Sports, Forrest paved his way into managing and representing NFL athletes in all of their professional on and off-field brand development endeavors.  It was within this chapter of Forrest's career; he experienced the impact a professional athlete's genuine interaction, via a day of play and learning at a camp, can have in the lives of youth athletes.

Post this life enhancing experience, Forrest was motivated to re-engineer FlexWork Sports Management's value proposition to solely focus on professional athlete-hosted youth football camps that upgrade lives through community involvement and the fostering and educating of a diverse and inclusive culture of ONE.  To date, Forrest has spearheaded the implementation and execution of over three-hundred professional athlete inspired youth football camps within thirty-six states and all major cities on a national level.  Building and strengthening relationships with the most identifiable brands on a global level, the most vanguard athlete representation agencies, and tier-one professional athlete talents within their respective sports. 

 

Today, FlexWork Sports Management is nationally celebrated as the premier Professional Athlete youth sports camp company in the nation.
