Please note: All times listed below are based on a 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM camp schedule and may vary slightly by location.
If your child appears to be waiting or socializing before camp starts, there is no cause for concern. Our check-in window runs for approximately one hour to allow all campers to arrive and be processed safely.
Once check-in concludes, campers are grouped by age and rotations begin promptly. If you have any questions, please see a staff member wearing an FWS-branded shirt for assistance.
We kindly ask that all parents and spectators remain off the playing field or court to ensure camper safety.
Parents are welcome to sit in the bleachers or any designated seating area outside of the playing boundaries. We understand the excitement of wanting to take photos and watch up close; however, keeping the playing area clear allows us to maintain a safe and organized environment.
Parents with VIP wristbands are permitted on the field/court during camp but must remain clear of active drills and campers at all times.
Camp photos will be delivered via email approximately five business days after camp concludes. They will be sent to the email address used during registration.
The email will include access to three folders:
Individual (1-on-1) photos, Group photos, and Action shots.
All registered families will receive access. You may browse the folders to locate your camper's photos. For additional assistance, please contact a FWS staff member.
No. The athlete's primary focus during camp is engaging with campers and providing instruction. For this reason, personal items (balls, jerseys, photos, etc.) cannot be signed.
Athlete Camp Upgrades include an official autographed photo. Please visit our Camp Upgrade page for more information. https://www.flexworksports.com/camp-upgrades
Camp will continue in the event of light rain, provided conditions remain safe.
We work closely with the school district's Athletic Director and follow all safety protocols regarding weather decisions. In the event of thunder or lightning, we will adhere strictly to district guidelines.
If a weather delay becomes necessary, families will be notified through our automated messaging system and on-site staff announcements. Our priority is always the safety of our campers.
Meals are not provided. We strongly recommend that campers eat prior to arrival and remain well hydrated throughout the day.
*Occasionally there will be sponsor activations that include F&B in addition to venue options as applicable.
Shortly after camp begins, an announcement will direct families to return to the check-in table to pick up their autographed photo.
If you drop your camper off and return later, your photo will be held at the check-in table until dismissal. Please retrieve it at pickup.
One-on-one photos are taken when your camper's group rotates to the athlete's designated station.
At the beginning of that rotation, the group will take a group photo. Following the group photo, campers with wristbands will line up to take their individual photo with the athlete.
The MVP experience takes place at the conclusion of camp.
Campers who have purchased the MVP package will receive a wristband identifying them as MVP participants. Our staff will make announcements and personally direct MVP campers to their session at the appropriate time.
Yes. Once camp begins, we will host a raffle. Announcements will be made with details, or you may visit the HQ/check-in area to speak with an FWS staff member.
We also encourage families to visit our on-site sponsors, located near the HQ/check-in area. These partners offer products and services that may benefit both you and your child.
