Over the course of the day, Track & Field star Kenny Bednarek and our FlexWork Sports coaches will guide your child through an exciting, high-energy day designed around fun and unforgettable experiences on the track. Camp activities include interactive sessions, skill stations, and unique opportunities to connect with our athletes in ways that make the sport come alive.

All campers will be grouped according to age so everyone feels comfortable, engaged, and able to enjoy the day at the right pace.

We ask that campers come dressed in athletic attire (running clothes & sneakers, track spikes ) and ready to dive into the experience. Whether your child is brand new to Track & Field or already loves the sport, our camps are built to spark excitement and create memories that last well beyond camp day.

Each camp participant will receive:

• Camp team photo with Kenny Bednarek (Free Download emailed post camp)
• Limited-edition Kenny Bednarek FlexWork Basketball Camp T-shirt
• Take home items from event sponsors
