This is a high-energy day built for young athletes who want to sharpen their skills, raise their baseball IQ, and get a real look inside the most prestigious name in scouting and development: Perfect Game.

It's more than a day of training, it's a head start. Our FlexWork Sports coaching staff will break down the mechanics that matter, turning hitting, fielding, and game play into actionable strategies campers can keep working on at home. Every station is a blend of demonstration and instruction, capped with the inside track on what it takes to prepare for future Perfect Game events.

Think of it as the ultimate "how-to" blueprint for the diamond: campers leave understanding the Perfect Game environment, the standards of the country's top young talent, and exactly what's on the horizon as they grow in the game.

All campers will be grouped according to age so everyone feels comfortable, engaged, and able to learn at the right pace.

We ask that campers come dressed in athletic attire (baseball attire, hat, cleats), bring a bat and glove (labeled with initials), and show up ready to compete. Whether your child is brand new to baseball or already chasing the next level, this camp is built to spark growth that lasts well beyond camp day.

Each camp participant will receive:

• Comprehensive "How-To" Packet: drills, testing prep, and techniques covered at camp, so the work continues at home

• An inside look at Perfect Game: the environment, the standards, and the path the country's top baseball talent takes
