Over the course of the day, Ottawa star Defenseman Jake Sanderson and our FlexWork Sports coaches will guide your child through an exciting, high-energy day designed around fun and unforgettable experiences on and off the ice. Camp activities, powered by Pro Ambitions hockey, include general skill development, skating, stick handling, & shooting in a fun innovative training environment. Additionally, there will be unique opportunities to connect with our athletes in ways that make the game come alive.

All campers will be grouped according to age so everyone feels comfortable, engaged, and able to enjoy the day at the right pace. Prior skating experience or team play required.

We ask that campers arrive prepared to take the ice in full hockey equipment with neck guard* to be ready to dive into the experience. Campers should be prepared for possible off-ice training by bringing athletic attire as well (sneakers, sweats/shorts & shirt).

*NECK GUARDS ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL CAMPERS TO PARTICIPATE IN DRILLS.

Our camps are built to spark excitement and improve a player's understanding & enjoyment of the game while creating memories that last well beyond camp day.
